22/07/13 (Wed) v 19:00

Fans of exquisite choral music will certainly be pleased to hear that the Czech National Symphony Orchestra will be teaming up with a mixed choir at this year’s Prague Proms. And not just any old choir, but one which enjoys international acclaim, having scooped up awards from literally all over the world. Working alongside choirmaster Petr Fiala and the conductor Marcello Rota, the organisers have put together a programme featuring famous choral scenes from a number of operas, which when performed by this two hundred member choir, is sure to deliver a truly breath-taking experience.
The Smetana Hall of the Municipal House will provide both a festive and dignified backdrop for this exceptional concert.
