There is nothing better than good friends! That is why Petr Altrichter will again stand at the conductor's podium. He has been cooperating regularly with the FOK since 1987. Two years before that, Liběna Séquardtová became principal oboe and still holds this position today. Jaroslav Krček is also firmly connected with the FOK. Not only with his compositions, but his legendary ensemble Musica also Bohemica has long belonged in the arms of the FOK. Although Rachmaninov never belonged to the FOK, the orchestra has had his music under their skin in recent years, also thanks to its intensive collaboration with Lukáš Vondráček. And Brahms? His last symphony reflects the depths of the composer's soul as well as views on music and life, and it is not for nothing that it is said to be perfect. If Brahms is not your good friend yet, it is high time to fix this.
