Treasures of world philately

The exhibition, held in the magnificent Art Nouveau halls of the Municipal
House, is organised by the Prestige Philately Club Prague in cooperation
with the world’s oldest philatelic club – the Austrian Vindobona – and the
world’s most prestigious philatelic club – the Club de Monte-Carlo.
The exhibition presents some sixty philatelic rarities of exceptional
importance from private collections across Europe. This unique exhibition
format, featuring a collection of rare stamps, covers, and other exclusive
items, will be presented in the Czech Republic for the third time.
At this prestigious event, the world’s most valuable stamp, the One Cent
Magenta of British Guiana, will also be on display.
On 5 and 6 September 2026, two live auctions will take place at the
Municipal House, organised by Stanley Gibbons and Filatelie Flaška.
